At Mecca Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
